Once considered a flop in the postseason, New York’s Alex Rodriguez is earning his salary in the playoffs so far this fall. He hit .455 and had a slugging percentage of 1.000 in the Yankees’ three games with Minnesota, hitting two homers and driving in six runs.

And if you think the Angels can cool him off, think again. Rodriguez has hit more homers – 67 – lifetime against the Angels than against any other team. And his 151 RBIs in 172 games with the Angels is the second-highest of his career against any opponent.

Rodriguez is hitting .328 with a .405 on-base percentage, a .693 slugging percentage and an OPS of 1.098 against Anaheim. And at Angel Stadium, it gets even worse for the home team. In 89 games there, Rodriguez has 37 homers, 82 RBIs and a .335 average.
