As any rock star can tell you, being on the road can be a disorienting experience, especially when copious amounts of alchohol are involved. On Wednesday night, Jonah Hill revealed to Jimmy Kimmel a peculiar habit he’s developed while promoting his new movie, ’21 Jump Street.’

Though he’s not usually a big drinker, Hill said that he and costar Channing Tatum have been traveling around the world in a studio-supplied plane ‘filled with beer’ -- a scenario that, in and of itself, sounds like the premise of a big-budget studio comedy.

Inevitably, the two actors have shared several drunken nights together. Less predictable, however, is Hill’s new nocturnal habit.

After going to bed in a pair of boxers and an undershirt, Hill has, on an estimated six separate occasions, awakened in an entirely different ensemble: a dress shirt, tie, socks, shoes, with no pants or underwear.

He and Tatum have dubbed the behavior ‘Donald Ducking,’ a reference to the famously pant-less cartoon character. ‘But not like casual Donald Ducking, business casual Donald Ducking,’ Hill clarified.

‘Are you getting up in the middle of the night and doing this?’ Kimmel asked.

‘Apparently, Jimmy. Unless the guy from the hotel is ... coming up and doing it,’ he replied.

Kimmel suggested Hill install a ‘nanny cam’ in his room to get to the bottom (so to speak) of the mystery, which, come to think of it, also sounds like a great movie idea. ‘Paranormal Activity 5: Donald Ducking,’ in theaters everywhere next summer!

A brief warning: In addition to the troubling imagery, the video below also includes some late-night language.
