Brad Pitt treated four of his six kids to some pre-Easter fun on Sunday, and the Ministry has details on their colorful afternoon.

The actor took Maddox, 9, Pax, 7, Zahara, 6,and Shiloh, 4, to the Directors Guild of America in Los Angeles, where the family took in a screening of Universal’s ‘Hop,’ featuring the voice of Russell Brand.

Minus mom Angelina Jolie and twins Knox and Vivienne, the clan looked relaxed and happy while attending the screening, which was followed by an afternoon of activities on site, including an Easter egg hunt.

‘The kids participated in the hunt and everyone looked like they were having a great time,’ an onlooker said. ‘They stayed for pretty much the whole event.’

Afterward, the group enjoyed a variety of goodies, such as rabbit-shaped peanut-butter-and-jelly sandwiches, mini-cupcakes and treats from A.sweet candy boutique in Beverly Hills.

‘Hop’ star James Marsden was on hand, in addition to funnyman Adam Sandler, Elizabeth Perkins and Kaley Cuoco.

Blowfish Malibu and Bolthouse Farms sponsored the special screening to benefit EBMRF -- an organization dedicated to researching and curing Epidermolysis bullosa, a group of skin diseases. Pitt is a longtime supporter of the foundation and has previously participated in PSAs for the group.
