Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt donate $2 million to African wildlife sanctuary
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt left a nice Christmas gift behind after spending the holiday in Namibia with the kids -- a $2-million donation to the wildlife sanctuary where they stayed.
The donation to the Naankuse Lodge and Wildlife Sanctuary, whose owners Jolie called old friends, was made through the Jolie-Pitt Foundation in the name of their daughter Shiloh, who was born in Namibia.
"We want her to be very involved and grow up with the understanding of her country of birth," Jolie said in a statement released Sunday.
During the Jolie-Pitt family's stay at the exclusive lodge, the six kids helped to feed and care for orphaned baby baboons and foxes and saw a leopard released back into the wild, staff said. Hey, we already know Shiloh digs alligators, right?
Shiloh is the first of Jolie's three biological children with Pitt. Maddox, Zahara and Pax were adopted from Cambodia, Ethiopia and Vietnam, respectively; twins Knox and Vivienne were born in France.
The money will be used to run a free clinic for bushmen in the community, for large-animal conservation projects and more, the sanctuary's finance chief said.

Just one more reason to hate Bradalina. Read the article - (1) it's an exclusive Lodge, (2) their 'old friends' run it (3) Their daughter was born in that country & (4) They probably did it for publicity.
If they were "really" as selfless as they are trying to come across, then the public would never have found out about their donation. I tip my hat to those who make their donations as "Anonymous", instead of Stars who only give to Causes that affect only Them, such as Anti-Drug after their child dies of a drug overdose.

We just love this couple! And, everything they touch does turn to Gold; especially because they do so much GOOD for the world and its people that suffer, and now the animals, too. God shows his love to both of them, and we sure do hope that they always remain together. They are PERFECT TOGETHER! We are just so glad and happy for them both; especially that BP left that first bimbo wife of his for this amazing beautiful woman. God Bless both of them!
