CHEESEBURGER PIZZA

The Times reveals that Pizza Hut, pushing into new markets, has introduced a cheeseburger-crusted pizza in the Middle East. The meaty pie is topped with taco fixings and ringed with cheese-oozing mini burgers. It’s called the ‘Crown Crust Pizza.’

The Times reports that federal officials say a case of mad cow disease has been found in a dairy cow in California’s Central Valley. Its meat did not enter the food chain, ‘so at no time presented a risk to the food supply or human health,” John Clifford, the USDA’s chief veterinarian, said in a statement.
