The colorful collection of Keds designed by Rogan Gregory and Scott Hahn for Loomstate hits Barneys on Monday.

The shoes are eco-friendly with organic uppers and linings, nickel-free eyelets, recycled insole board and shoe boxes and no tissue paper in the packaging.  Also, a percentage of sales go to the Organic Exchange.

Keds by Loomstate are $75 and available at Barneys and Barneys.com

Hey everyone,

I am really pleased that so many people are trying really hard in order to become greener and more eco friendly. I think if we all pulled together and made a few small changes then we could really help out Mother Nature. My flatmate and I are making some changes to our lifestyles in order to do our bit and help out. We spent ages looking on the internet and came across a really cool environmentally friendly eCard site that I really like. I like this site because there is so much choice, and I found an eCard for every friend that I know will make them smile. Changing my habits, even if it is a small change, like opting for an eCard over snail mail, or recycling, I think if we all contributed we could all make a difference.
