This Joshua Roberts photo is a classic mystery for the young Barack Obama administration.

A day after the president committed public apology on all the major TV networks for his DTF (Daschle Tax Fiasco), we find this photo showing his No. 2, Vice President Joe Biden, doing something -- celebratory dancing over displacing Dick Cheney? -- behind the president’s back in the East Room.

What’s going on here? Is this some strange Delaware ritual? Is there something in his pants?
