Do you think this crowd is happy after the opening celebration of the Barack Obama inauguration ceremonies on the National Mall this afternoon?

Typical of the kinds of spontaneous celebrations breaking out around the city. One Obama chant erupted on a shuttle ferrying passengers from their plane to the terminal at Dulles International Airport Sunday afternoon. (And it had nothing to do with the Redskins.)
