Last spring when Barack Obama bounced onto the rally stage and got his Siouxs mixed up -- Falls and City, that is -- The Ticket took note with a video.

So it’s only fair that we do the same when Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin confuses her Rapids -- Grand, where she’s been recently, and Cedar, where she was when she misspoke today.

It’s actually amazing these candidate folks don’t make more speaking gaffes, given the number of words they utter and the frequent flier miles they rack up -- except they fly charter so get no credit.

We’ve also had fun with Obama’s 57 states and president of Canada and John McCain’s and Sam Nunn’s Czechoslovakia, which doesn’t exist as a country anymore. It’s really very easy to make fun of these people who do so much speaking in public life because, to be very honest, we don’t have to do it and anyway we nver make misteaks here.
