Boys’ basketball: Pacific Hills guards are coming through

The guard trio of Marcus Jackson, Namon Wright and Jahmel Taylor are coming through for Pacific Hills, which leads Cardinal Newman, 33-27, at halftime of the CIF state championship Division IV final.
Jackson has 12 points, Wright 11 and Taylor eight. Wright is five for five shooting.
Update: At the end of three quarters, the game is tied, 41-41.
