Foshay is out of the City Section small schools soccer playoffs, having to forfeit a quarterfinal game against Annenberg because its coach received two yellow cards, and that makes it a red card, ending the match under City Section rules.

Foshay parents are upset because the officials and Annenberg apparently agreed to let the game continue with another coach taking over after the second yellow card was issued, and Foshay eventually won the game on penalty kicks.

But City Section rules are clear. The game ends when the head coach is ejected, so Foshay should be upset with its coach, not the City Section.
