Football: Narbonne relieved, happy with victory

Narbonne turned in a sloppy performance Friday night, with too many penalties, but the Gauchos were still pleased with their 23-22 victory over San Pedro in a Marine League opener.

Quarterback Chad Dashnaw is making progress, and running back Melvin Davis finally got a chance to pick up some yards.

Afterward, Dashnaw and Coach Manuel Douglas discussed the victory.
