Woodland Hills Taft Coach Matt Kerstetter said Monday that linebacker-defensive back Lucky Radley is scheduled to join the Toreadors on Saturday.

Radley was a standout at Encino Crespi as a sophomore, then transferred to Agoura last season after the City Section refused to approve his eligibility at Taft. He has not yet enrolled at Taft but school officials believe he’ll be eligible once he moves.

If he gains his eligibility at Taft, he’ll be an impact player on both sides of the ball and help the Toreadors close the gap with City Section title favorite Crenshaw. He’ll also get to face his old rival, Sherman Oaks Notre Dame, in a nonleague game. He was on the winning Crespi team that beat the Knights his sophomore season.
