Football: Narbonne's Moore passes up UCLA in favor of USC

June 30, 2008 | 11:22 am

Can't imagine this blog is going to make the Bruins backers very happy, but here we go anyway. Remember when Byron Moore verbally committed to UCLA back in late April? Well, you can forget about him ever setting foot on the Westwood campus, because the senior from Narbonne changed his mind about his plans.

According to these quotes, the 6-foot-1, 205-pound two-way standout is now a Trojan. You heard it right. On Monday morning he decided he now wants to go to USC, a fact that won't go over very well with die-hard fans of the Blue and Gold. Sorry to break this kind of news to you UCLA fans, but if I didn't someone else would have.
