Dominguez holds on for victory

Dominguez has moved into the Southern Section Division I-AA championship game after holding off Santa Margarita, 58-52.

The Dons were in control most of the way, though Santa Margarita gave them a scare in the fourth quarter, getting as close four points with three minutes left.

Jordan Hamilton scored 20 points for Dominguez (27-2), the No. 1 seed. It sets up a terrific 6:30 p.m. final at the Honda Center on Saturday against No. 2-seeded Mater Dei (31-0)
