Your morning adorable: Energetic Pembroke Welsh corgi dances for his breakfast

Pembroke Welsh corgi Sparky, the star of the almost criminally cute video above, apparently listened when his guardian told him that breakfast was the most important meal of the day.

‘Sparky loves his breakfast! He always dances for a little while before chowing down,’ his owner, YouTube user segal25, explains. ‘He only does this in the morning, never for dinner.’

We find corgis -- both the Pembroke and Cardigan varieties -- pretty adorable to begin with. (Those stubby little legs! What’s not to love?) But especially charming corgis such as Sparky, Cooper the amateur dock-diver, Kinney the anglophile and Artful Dodger and Dylan Thomas the baked-goods testers drive home the point that these hardy little herding dogs are among the cutest dogs out there.

Now if only Sparky could send some of his early-morning energy our way!
