Your morning adorable: Dog shows baby how to high-five

We’re always impressed by animals who enthusiastically take on the role of babysitter when human babies become part of their family.

Imagine, then, how impressed we were by this dog, who has not only apparently welcomed a baby into his home, but is also willing to pitch in and show that baby the ropes.

Everyone knows babies don’t know how to perform the simplest tasks -- like, say, giving a high-five -- without being taught. Human sponges, if you will.

Fortunately for this baby, there’s a friendly dog around, ready, willing and able to teach him about the ways of the world. Like, for example, giving a high-five. The dog has it down. The baby? Not so much. But he’ll learn ... oh, he’ll learn.
