Submitter Juwelz explains that her criminally adorable West Highland white terrier puppy is the ‘CEO of Shoe Destruction Services, Inc.’ (We think our own terrier mutt, Django, could be its Chief Operating Officer, if the company’s hiring. Perhaps it’s a terrier thing?)

This pup hasn’t quite reached the big leagues of shoe-stealing animals -- a wild fox in Föhren, Germany, reportedly amassed a stash of more than 120 shoes, including 12 or 13 matched pairs -- but we bet that’s just fine with Juwelz.

Think your animal photo should be our reader photo of the day? Show us by heading to the Pets & Animals category of Your Scene, The Times’ photo-sharing site, and selecting the appropriate album (we found Juwelz’ photo, not surprisingly, in the Pets Behaving Badly album). Once you’ve chosen your album, just click the ‘submit’ link at the top of the page, pick your photo (.jpg format) and include a caption that tells us a little about the animal or animals in the photo -- it’s as simple as that!
