These Adélie penguins were captured on video at Brown Bluff in Antarctica, where they and their cousins, Emperor penguins, are common sightings.

Fun fact: Adélie penguins are named after the wife of French explorer Jules Dumont d’Urville. She got the penguin namesake, and for his part Dumont d’Urville got an Antarctic scientific research center, Dumont d’Urville Station, named in his honor.
