Photographer How Hwee Young captured the meeting of a Linne’s two-toed sloth and a Malayan flying fox in a tree at the Singapore Zoo.

Flying foxes are different from microbats (also called ‘true bats’) in that they don’t use echolocation; instead, they rely on their more highly developed senses of sight and smell to find food like fruit and nectar.
