Consumer Electronics Show: Who’s the bigger celebrity, in terms of buzz? (Besides Lady Gaga)

To those of us who are steeped in tech, there’s no secret that geek is chic. The constantly growing number of celebs hitting the Consumer Electronics Show is just affirmation of that universal truth.

Since we’ve been eavesdropping on the buzz around the tech expo, we tuned in -- with the help of Webtrends -- to who was hotter in CES-chatter circles.

There was a clear queen bee of buzz, but the second-place crown was up for grabs among neon-wearing elec-Tron, an actor minus his ‘Entourage,’ a comic satirist banjo player, a ballroom-dancing basketballer, a Brit filling big suspenders, the Green Hornet, a gaggle of rappers and the dark lord of the Sith.

Although Lady Gaga completely stole the grand veil of mentions, the No. 2 honor went to none other than the heavy-breathing, death-gripping man in black, Darth Vader.
