Steve Jobs' iPhone 4 holding technique [PHOTO]

June 25, 2010 | 12:29 pm

In light of complaints about how the new iPhone 4 loses cellular signal when held a certain way, Apple has issued a recommendation for how to correctly hold the phone: "avoid gripping it in the lower left corner in a way that covers both sides of the black strip in the metal band."

The above is a photo of Steve Jobs operating the phone (he's playing Gyro-Jenga) during the WWDC launch event on June 7th.  Can you tell if he's using the recommended technique?

Here's a shot from a different angle.
