Panoramic views of the Airbus A380

December 11, 2009 | 12:03 pm

A380 If you don’t have the thousands of dollars it takes to fly to Dubai, Singapore or Paris, but want to take a peek of the new Airbus A380 that would take you there, you’re in luck.

Take a virtual tour of the new mammoth double-deck aircraft online.

Air France offers panoramic views of the interior of its A380s. So although you may not be able to lay yourself out in the designer flat-bed seats or watch the flat-screen TVs, you can at least look around.

If you want to wander into the cockpit, Airbus is offering you that view too.

It seems the airline industry is now using 360-degree technology to showcase plane interiors, much like the automobile industry, which has been using it for years.
