Do you have an extra $100,000 sitting around the house? In the mood to say ‘Forget my kids’ college fund, I want to do something for me?’ Then this is the deal for you.

Former beloved UCLA great and hated former Celtic reserve Bill Walton is auctioning a $100,000 event package online that includes the chance for the winning bidder to design and host a special extravaganza with Walton at his San Diego home.

The description of the auction says: ‘The event can be anything your heart desires: a corporate outing, a family reunion, the ultimate birthday party, a huge jamfest....’

So forget Chuck E. Cheese’s. Tell your kid that this year’s birthday will be at Bill Walton’s house. Woo hoo! And, because he’s really not doing anything with the Lakers this season, you can invite Luke Walton to come, too!

Proceeds from the auction will benefit the Challenged Athletes Foundation, an organization that recognizes the athletic greatness inherent in all people with physical challenges and provides grants for training, competition and equipment needs.

Bidding is open through Jan. 31 at charitybuzz.com.
