It wasn’t much of a rivalry Saturday.

The 12th-ranked UCLA women’s basketball team continually ratcheted up the defensive pressure and cruised to a 61-42 victory over USC on Saturday afternoon at Pauley Pavilion.

The Bruins (13-1 overall, 3-0 Pacific 10 Conference) forced 20 turnovers and held the Trojans (10-4, 2-1) to 27.9% shooting to win their third consecutive game in the rivalry.
