College basketball: Washington picked to win Pac-10, UCLA picked third, USC sixth

The Washington Huskies men’s basketball team, which returns four starters from a team that won the Pacific 10 Conference Tournament last season and advanced to the Sweet 16, was picked to finish first in the 2010-11 Pac-10 race, according to a poll of media members who cover the league.

UCLA, which returns three starters from a team that finished 14-18 last season, was ranked third, and USC, which returns two starters from a 16-14 season, fourth.
