Former NFL running back Corey Dillon has been arrested on suspicion of assaulting his wife at their Calabasas home.

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Dillon and his wife, Desiree Anoine-Dillon, had been arguing Saturday over a pending divorce and child custody issues. The couple have three daughters.

The office said deputies responded to a 911 call by Desiree, who had minor injuries.

Dillon, who already faces a court hearing after his arrest last month for allegedly driving drunk near Malibu, was booked and released on $50,000 bail.

In his professional football career, Dillon was a three-time Pro Bowl player as a member of the Cincinnati Bengals (1997-2003) and won Super Bowl XXXIX with the New England Patriots (2004-06).
