IndyCar driver Graham Rahal entered the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach in a car prepared by team owner/driver Sarah Fisher, her team announced Tuesday.

Rahal, 21, already had agreed to drive two other road-course races for Fisher -- at St. Petersburg, Fla., on March 28, and this Sunday at Barber Motorsports Park in Alabama -- after being sidelined at the end of 2009 when his former team, Newman-Haas-Lanigan Racing, couldn’t secure sponsorship for his car.

He finished ninth for Sarah Fisher Racing on the St. Petersburg street course, where Rahal -- son of 1986 Indianapolis 500 winner Bobby Rahal -- won two years ago at age 19 to become the youngest winner of an IndyCar Series race.

The Long Beach race is April 18, and Fisher, 29, plans to resume driving her car May 1 when the IndyCar series returns to oval tracks with a race at Kansas Speedway.
