Racing canceled Saturday at Santa Anita

Racing at Santa Anita Park was canceled Saturday because of rain. It is the fifth time this meet that the race track has had to cancel races because of weather.

The Pro-Ride surface at the track has had trouble draining since it was installed.

Santa Anita has announced that the surface would be replaced at the end of the season. The current meet runs through April 18.
