Ducks linemates Ryan Getzlaf and Corey Perry will be teammates on the Canadian Olympic team at the Vancouver Games.

Getzlaf and Perry were among the 13 forwards announced today in a telecast shown across Canada.

Oh, and this time, unlike 2006, Canada took that Sidney Crosby kid. ‘It’s a special honor,’ Crosby told Canada’s TSN.

Also chosen: Boston’s Patrice Bergeron, San Jose’s Dany Heatley, Patrick Marleau and Joe Thornton, Calgary’s Jarome Iginla, Dallas’ Brenden Morrow, Columbus’ Rick Nash, Philadelphia’s Mike Richards, Carolina’s Eric Staal and Chicago’s Jonathan Toews.
