It’s not a surprise that NBC’s ‘Sunday Night Football’ game between Atlanta and Chicago was a ratings winner. But maybe it’s a little surprise that the game soundly beat the TBS telecast of Philadelphia’s 11-0 win over the Dodgers in Game 3 of the NLCS in the Los Angeles market.

The football game (Atlanta won, 21-14) was seen in an average of 8.4% of homes while the Dodgers game was seen in 7.3% of L.A. households.
