Joanides takes over lead in NASCAR Late Model standings at Irwindale

Nick Joanides of Woodland Hills won one of two NASCAR Late Model races at Toyota Speedway at Irwindale on Saturday night. It was a night of twin races in the Late Model division. He finished second in the other race and took over the lead in the Late Model standings at the track.
Travis Irving of Corona won the first Late Model race of the night at the track. It was Irving’s first win of the season at Irwindale.
