A.J. Burnett and Yankees close to a deal, ESPN says

The New York Yankees seem to be cornering the market on pitchers who use initials instead of first names.

ESPN.com is reporting that the Yankees and A.J. Burnett are close to an agreement. If the report is true, it will cost them $82.5 million for five years.

And the Yankees reportedly are still talking to Andy Pettitte.
