Best wishes to Sports Illustrated’s Dr. Z

According to his Sports Illustrated colleague Peter King, well-respected SI pro football expert Paul Zimmerman -- Dr. Z in his weekly predictions columns -- is recovering from a pair of strokes.

Each time I’ve picked up Sports Illustrated, Zimmerman’s passion for the NFL, his attention to detail, his rapport with players, owners and fans, and his elegant writing style have marked his coverage.

Hopefully Dr. Z will soon be back.
