OK, here it is. And Raiders fans will love it.

The Kings’ new alternative jersey, announced last month, will be unveiled officially on Saturday night when the Kings play the Colorado Avalanche. And the dominant colors, as you can see, are silver and black.

Hmmmm. Recalling the days of Wayne Gretzky as a King perhaps? The website icethetics.info says of the new jersey: ‘Silver is all over it, trimming the banner as well as the LA. You can even find some in the crown.’

It isn’t the first time the club has introduced an alternate jersey, as we detailed on the Fabulous Forum shortly after the announcement was made. If the picture above is accurate, it does look like silver piping runs the length of the sleeve. But whoever wrote the review had a hard time being sure because they had only ‘leaked’ pictures to go by, not the real thing.

Now you have the pictures to go by too.

And here is a photo of The Great One when he was captain of the Kings.
