Sean O’Donnell goes to Kings for conditional draft pick

The Ducks on Tuesday acquired a conditional 2009 draft pick from the Kings in exchange for defenseman Sean O’Donnell.

O’Donnell, 36, has appeared in 932 career NHL games over 15 seasons, collecting 27 goals and 150 assists for 177 points with 1,558 penalty minutes.

The 6-foot-2, 232-pound blueliner won his first Stanley Cup with Anaheim in 2007 and signed a two-year contract extension on June 23, 2007.
