Ed Roski’s NFL stadium proposal meets local foes

Developer Ed Roski’s City of Industry NFL stadium proposal, which hasn’t been taken that seriously by the league, is meeting opposition from neighboring Walnut, according to the San Gabriel Valley Tribune.

‘The reality is if this stadium is not stopped our quality of life will be completely destroyed,’’ Walnut resident Shiuh-Ming Ellis said. ‘Walnut will become a suburban slum.’’
