Celebrities at Home:
This new episode visits the Zen home of Steven Seagal (8 p.m. HGTV).

NCIS: Los Angeles:
When their biological warfare suspect flees to the mainland, Sgt. Danny Williams and Lt. Chin Ho Kelly (Scott Caan, Daniel Dae Kim) join the team in L.A. to continue their pursuit in this new episode, which concludes the crossover story that began Monday on “Hawaii Five-0” (9 p.m. CBS).

Frontline:
The new episode, the conclusion of “Money, Power and Wall Street,” documents the debate over the strategy to help Wall Street while bankers continue to make risky deals, and regulators try to fix an industry steeped in conflicts of interest and incentives to cheat (9 p.m. KOCE).

American Experience:

The new documentary “Jesse Owens” traces the story of the athlete’s victories in the face of Nazi racism during the 1936 Berlin Olympics and his struggles to find a place for himself back in the United States (8 p.m. KOCE).

Uprising: Hip Hop & the L.A. Riots: Snoop Dogg narrates this new documentary looking at the 1992 riots (9 p.m. VH1).

Secrets of Bin Laden’s Lair:
This new special reveals the surprising contents of Osama bin Laden’s computers and personal papers that were confiscated when he was killed in 2011 (10 p.m. Discovery).
