Who Do You Think You Are?

Rita Wilson seeks information about her late father starting in Greece, where she visits his hometown and birthplace and picks up some information that leads her to Bulgaria, where she learns more about the hardships he endured (8 p.m. NBC).

Kitchen Nightmares:
Chef Ramsay helps a Mexican restaurant in Philadelphia in the season finale (8 p.m. Fox).

CSI: NY:
A lab tech’s murder has some disturbing similarities to a case from the 1950s. Gary Sinise stars in this new episode with guest star Lee Majors as the now-retired detective who investigated the earlier homicide (9 p.m. CBS).

Supernatural:
Garth (DJ Qualls) calls on Sam and Dean (Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles) for help with a difficult case: a vengeful Japanese creature, in this new episode (9 p.m. KTLA).

Fringe:
The Fringe team’s latest case feels oddly familiar to Peter (Joshua Jackson), but it’s happening in this world, not the alternate reality. Anna Torv, John Noble, Lance Reddick and Blair Brown also star in this new episode (9 p.m. Fox).

Great Performances:
Amy Tan hosts the San Francisco Symphony’s centennial celebration with guests Itzhak Perlman and Lang Lang (9 p.m. KOCE).

Spartacus: Vengeance:
With supplies dwindling and the Romans’ superior strength apparent, the rebels are ready to give up, so it’s up to Spartacus (Liam McIntyre) to do what it takes to restore their hope in this new episode (10 p.m. Starz).

In Plain Sight:
Mary and Marshall (Mary McCormack, Frederick Weller) seek the help of a Native American detective when Marshall’s witness disappears on a reservation. Wes Studi, Julia Jones, Alimi Ballard and Bryan Callen guest star in this new episode (10 p.m. USA).

Sony Ericsson Open: Men’s semifinals (Noon and 4 p.m. ESPN2).

Exhibition baseball:
