On Wednesday night's "Top Chef: Texas," Pee-wee, with his red Schwinn on hand, delivered an elimination challenge to the competing chefs, who all had their own red Schwinns. Pee-wee recounted his quest for his bike and his horrible realization that the Alamo has no basement.
But during his trip to San Antonio to film the episode in August, Pee-wee actually made it to the basement. He got a guided tour of the basement below the Alamo Sales Museum — and this video provides the proof.
