SCREAMING AND CRYING and some dancing is to be expected when the unscripted series “Dance Moms” returns for a new season at 9 p.m. on Lifetime.

NCIS:

The NCIS team’s investigation of a lieutenant commander’s death is complicated by constant interruptions from the victim’s husband, a detective, in this new episode (8 p.m. CBS).

Celebrity Wife Swap:
Hip-hop legend Flavor Flav’s longtime fiancee, Liz, trades places with Suzette, the wife of Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider in a new episode of the unscripted series (9 p.m. ABC).

Shipping Wars:
The latest of the unscripted-dangerous-jobs series premieres with transporters hauling a 22-foot steel horse and a giant prop for “Little Shop of Horrors.”(9 p.m. A&E).

Hidden City:
Marcus is in San Francisco to investigate three episodes from its past: the Committee of Vigilance, the Zodiac Killer and the assassination of Harvey Milk (9 p.m. Travel).

The Game:
Brandy joins the cast of the hit sitcom as Season 5 picks up where things left off (10 p.m. BET).

24 Hour Catwalk:
Hosted by Alexa Chung, each episode of this new series gives four designers the chance to compete to create their own fashion line in just one day (10 p.m. Lifetime).

Flip Men:
Doug and Mike invest in a million dollar mansion in the season finale (10 p.m. Spike).

Let’s Stay Together:
The first episode of Season 2 reveals what happened at Stacy and Charles’ (Nadine Ellis, Bert Belasco) wedding from last season’s cliffhanger (11 p.m. BET).
