America’s Money Class With Suze Orman:
The personal finance expert offers advice in this new series (9 p.m. OWN).

The Layover:
In the new episode “San Francisco,” Anthony Bourdain discovers another side to the City by the Bay, where he meets up with a couple of chefs who show him where to get a fine meal for less than $20 (9 p.m. Travel).

Hawaii Five-0:
Danny (Scott Caan) brings a surprise visitor to help clear McGarrett (Alex O’Loughlin), who is locked up awaiting trial on murder charges. Meanwhile, Kono (Grace Park) is suspended from the force pending an internal investigation in this repeat (10 p.m. CBS).

It’s a Brad, Brad World:
In this chaotic new episode, Brad arrives in New York, where he’s busy with a shoot for a luxury brand website, a meeting with one magazine about an upcoming column and with another magazine about a possible photo spread (10 p.m. Bravo).

Mobster Confessions:
In the premiere of this series, a New York street thug worked with the Gambino crime family until they turned on him. (10 p.m. Discovery). In a second new episode at 10:30, a hitman for the Philadelphia mob was targeted by his Mafia family

Alaska Wing Men:
This new episode contrasts the unpredictable weather and difficult terrain that can turn ordinary flights into a battle for survival with the clear-skies missions that can be more fun than dangerous (10 p.m. National Geographic).

College basketball:
