Gossip Girl: A performance of the provocative theater piece “Sleep No More” leads to some interesting romantic twists for some of the gang in this new episode. Elizabeth Hurley, Blake Lively, Penn Badgley, Chace Crawford and Leighton Meester star (8 p.m. KTLA).

Terra Nova: While serving an internship with the colony’s greatest scientist (Robert Coleby), Maddy (Naomi Scott) makes a horrifying discovery that could put her life in danger in this new episode (8 p.m. Fox).

Saved: This new series, sneak-peeked in September, offers firsthand accounts of animal heroism, including a hound that helped a woman to kick her 25-year heroin habit and parents who struggle to bring home the puppy that had brought joy to their son who was killed in Iraq (8 p.m. Animal Planet).

Hart of Dixie: NASCAR driver Brian Vickers guest stars as himself in this new episode (9 p.m. KTLA).

House: While trying to find a bone marrow donor for a teenage patient (Harrison Thomas) with partial paralysis, the team makes a disturbing discovery about his family, while House (Hugh Laurie) tries to find a way to get rid of his ankle monitor so he can go to Atlantic City for a boxing match in this new episode (9 p.m. Fox).

Enlightened: Sandy (Robin Wright), a friend of Amy’s (Laura Dern) from group therapy at the treatment center, comes to visit in this new episode (9:30 p.m. HBO).

MOVIES

The Blue Angel: This 1930 Josef von Sternberg classic, widely considered the first major German sound film, tells he story tells of a middle-aged professor (Emil Jannings) whose obsession with a cabaret singer (Marlene Dietrich) leads to his downfall (5 p.m. TCM).

Reel Love: A woman (LeAnn Rimes) finds romance when she returns to her hometown to reconnect with family and friends in this 2011 TV drama (8 p.m. CMT).

Hockey: The Buffalo Sabres visit the Montreal Canadiens (4 p.m. VS).

Football: The Minnesota Vikings visit the Green Bay Packers (5:30 p.m. ESPN).
