Once the news broke that teen heartthrob Justin Bieber was the subject of a paternity suit, it was only a matter of time before someone spoofed his biggest hit, ‘Baby.’

Looks as if Jimmy Fallon beat everyone to the punch. In a bit that was as funny as it was inevitable, Fallon took to the ‘Late Show’ stage Wednesday night dressed as Bieber -- swishy dirty-blond wig, flat-brimmed baseball cap, leather jacket -- and belted out a song called ‘It’s Not My Baby.’

‘You said we did it and I’m a dad. My lawyer’s trippin’ cause this looks bad. You only said this to get my cash. Now Selena Gomez is going to kick my ass,’ Fallon sang in a decent approximation of Bieber’s high-pitched voice. The chorus, of course, went like this: ‘It’s not my baby, baby, baby. Oh-oh, it’s not my baby, baby, baby.’

In the next verse, Fallon got a little more graphic. ‘You said I didn’t use protection, I only lasted 30 seconds. But that’s not true. No that’s a lie. It was totally more like 45.’ Fallon, who is nothing if not a committed impressionist, also busted out some impressive dance moves.

Watch the entire performance below, but be warned: Fallon’s spoof might be even more infectious than the original version.
