The Middle: Tired of being at the beck and call of their kids 24/7 and never having any quality time to themselves, Mike and Frankie (Neil Flynn, Patricia Heaton) try to regain control of the household in this new episode (8 p.m. ABC). 

Human Target: Ilsa (Indira Varma) considers cutting ties with Chance (Mark Valley) when one of his old flames turns up seeking his help rescuing a kidnapped colleague in this new, two-hour episode (8 p.m. Fox).
