The elections meant Tuesday’s “Glee” wasn’t a new one. If the extra week of waiting for a fresh episode has made you antsy, check out a preview of the musical numbers for next week’s show, “Never Been Kissed,” below.

The girls will take on a mashup of the Rolling Stones’ “Start Me Up” and Bon Jovi’s “Livin’ on a Prayer.” This is not the first time the show has done a Bon Jovi song. The boys did a rousing mashup of “It’s My Life” and Usher’s “Confessions” last season. This time around, they’ll tackle a mashup of the Supremes’ “Stop! In the Name of Love” and En Vogue’s “Free Your Mind.” I’m just guessing, but it sounds like the girls and guys picked each other’s songs.

The episode also features Puck -- he’s back! -- and Artie on Bob Marley’s “One Love (People Get Ready),” and Dalton Academy’s “Teenage Dream,” originally sung by Katy Perry.

Readers, who did better? The boys or the girls?
