Law & Order: Special Victims Unit: After a badly traumatized rape victim (Jennifer Love Hewitt) retracts her story that she has been attacked multiple times by the same man, Benson’s (Mariska Hargitay) investigation takes her to Los Angeles, where a detective (Skeet Ulrich) has information that might help the victim in the new episode (9 p.m. NBC).
