How about one that looks like the new and improved Heidi Montag?

E! is about to bring this combination to your TV set on its reality competition series ‘Bridalplasty.’

Twelve engaged women seeking ‘image transformations’ will compete in weekly challenges that involve planning a wedding. The week’s winner gets to have one of nip/tucks on her ‘wish list’ — prizes ranging from enhancing flat chests to straightening crooked noses.

The brides will vote on who goes home each week. The last bride standing will win an extreme plastic surgery makeover and a wedding ‘for the stars,’ according to an E! press release.

What about the lucky groom, you ask? Oh, he will get to see his newly transformed wife when she lifts her veil on their wedding day — and not a moment sooner.

Produced by 51 Minds (‘The Surreal Life’ and ‘Flavor of Love’), ‘Bridalplasty’ premieres Nov. 28.
