Video: Matt Bomer of ‘White Collar’ primes fans for Season 2

OK, ‘White Collar’ fans, the time has come to console Neal Caffrey.

When the freshman season of USA’s successful buddy crime drama ended in March, a plane exploded, killing the love of Neal’s life, Kate.

As star Matt Bomer tells us in the video above, Season 2 kicks off with Neal wanting to avenge her death, but still having a good time working with Peter (Tim DeKay).

But wasn’t Peter suspended? Hmm. We’ll just have to wait to find out how that gets resolved. In the meantime, let’s focus on making the adorable Neal feel better.

The new season begins Tuesday at 9 p.m. You can see a trailer below:
