MasterChef: Amateur chefs compete to become a culinary master and earn the title of MasterChef in this new unscripted competitive series hosted by intimidating chef Gordon Ramsay (9 p.m. Fox).

Gene Simmons Family Jewels: Sophie creates a unique business for a school project in the first of two new episodes (9 and 9:30 p.m. A&E).

Warehouse 13: When young supermodels age 50 years overnight, Pete and Myka (Eddie McClintock, Joanne Kelly) go undercover in the glam world of high fashion to discover who — and what — is behind the transformations in this new episode (9 p.m. Syfy).

Hawthorne: A pregnant woman from Afghanistan needs critical treatment after she takes a fall that may have injured her baby, but the language barrier complicates the situation in this new episode (9 p.m. TNT).

Growing Up Twisted: This new unscripted series follows Dee Snider, front man of heavy metal band Twisted Sister, and his wife, Suzette, and their four kids in their daily lives in the New York Suburbs. In the premiere, Suzette gets a new tattoo (10 p.m. A&E). A second new episode follows at 10:30.

Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List: Kathy and “Insider” host Lara Spencer take a day in Palm Springs to work on the new decor for Kathy’s home (10 p.m. Bravo).

Rescue Me: After a night of heavy drinking Tommy blacks out and loses control in this new episode (10 p.m. FX).
